She and Daniel have broken up for 6-7 years already, so it doesn't really matter. (Gillian came out to respond to this.) I respect her and her way of handling the situation. (She didn't apologize!) She didn't have to apologize because no one is at fault in this situation, besides the person who posted the photos. Having sex isn't a bad thing, and it's not wrong to take photos, but posting them online is wrong."
