Twins, who have just released their new album ‘Twins Party’, held an autograph session yesterday afternoon. Gillian Chung stole the spotlight for having a Mickey Mouse afro. Her fans also joined in the fun by wearing interesting looking hair accessories and glasses. Recently, the two have replaced Cecilia Cheung as the image girls for ‘lip ice’ lip balms. When asked if they will be giving rumoured boyfriends, Alex Fong or Ronald Cheng lip balms, Gillian bluntly replied that it is not her business if Alex has crapped lips while Charlene just laughed off the question.
Hundreds of fans were at the event where their idols performed their new songs and played games with them. Twins will be releasing a phonograph record edition of their new album soon and so, their fans gave them a cake shaped like a phonograph record to celebrate the occasion.
In regards to replacing Cecilia Cheung as the spokesperson, Gillian expressed that there are always constant changes of image people and that they are in fact promoting a new range of products. When asked if she will be giving lip balms to Alex Fong or Ronald Cheng, Gillian bleakly answered, ‘Why do we have to give it to them? Even if he does have cracked lips, it has nothing to do with me.” Charlene, on the other hand, looked embarrassed as she laughed.

Twins have recently been made the spokespeople for Mentholatum’s ‘LIP ICE’ lip products in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and other south-eastern Asian countries. Pocketing an 8 figure sum of money, the two have replaced new mother, Cecilia Cheung to become the image girls of the company.
It is known that Cecilia was previously endorsed by the company due to her youthful image. But because Cecilia is now married with a child, the company has decided to sponsor the equally as youthful, cute and energetic Twins.
The advertisement company disclosed that through a previous market investigation, Twins were not only noted for their youth but also their femininity in the recent years. The report also revealed that the small lips of Gillian Chung and Charlene Choi are extremely ‘kissable’ and that their smiles are beautiful.

Ah Gil said the film really suits him for filming, she said "He's a fish, he still swims fast in clothes, my costumes are heavy, once I sink, ears and eyes will be really nervous!"

During a radio interview yesterday, Twins disclosed that they have been rehearsing nine hours a day for their upcoming concerts in Canada and USA. When asked if they will be lip-syncing during any of their performance, Charlene firmly answered, “No, we have never and never will do that.”
The duo will be touring four cities and holding five concerts that will feature new dance medleys and costumes. The main theme of Gillian and Charlene’s costumes will continue to stay as healthy sex appeal.
Recently, Gillian has been signed as the spokesperson for a weight loss company. In the company’s advertisement, it states that Gillian has lost 30 pounds, causing reporters to greatly question the accuracy of the facts. When asked about this, Charlene immediately responded by confirming that Gillian had indeed lost 30 pounds, especially from her waist and lower body. Then, Gillian was questioned if the weight loss has caused her chest size to decrease; Charlene exclaimed that Gillian is still amazing. Gillian then replied, “Normal, nothing special.”

Mingpao has an article to talk about what the celebrities are wearing and in the latest issue, they talked about watches. One of the most expensive watch that they reviewed was about HKD100,000. However, when they asked about TWIN's Ah Gil's watch, there is a story behind her watch. Ah Gil was wearing Sammi Show Mi Concert collectible watch and although her watch is only worth HKD480, it brings a lot of meaning to her. The story was that one day after Sammi's concert, she bumped into Sammi while she was shooting an Ad. Although it was their first time meeting face to face, Sammi gave the watch to Ah Gil as a gift and encourage her to work hard. Ah Gil was very happy and could not believe that Sammi gave her a gift!

The 1978 kung fu classic from Hong Kong, "Wu Du", or "Five Deadly Venoms" - listed as number 11 on Entertainment Weekly Magazine's "Top 50 Cult Movies" - will be brought back to silver screen in an English-language remake to be directed by Kirk Wong.
A similar plot to the original work will be retained: a dying kung fu master instructs his last student, played by Hong Kong actor Edison Chen, to check on the whereabouts of five former pupils, each of whom has learnt a special venomous style of kung fu, and to kill evil along the way.
The setting of the story will be changed from ancient China to a modern imaginary city. And a female role, to be played by ex-model Maggie Q, will be introduced as one of the five pupils, supplementing the former all-man team.
The director is eyeing off "Lust, Caution" star Wong Lee-Hom, kung du actor Wu Jing, pop star Huang Xiaoming and singer RZA of the US rap group Wu-Tang Clan---who is a mega fan of kung fu and the 1978 film---to play the other four pupils.
The film is scheduled to start shooting in October.
